Shipping and Return Policy
Canada Shipping
- Low cost Poste Canada economical shipping
- If a faster shipping method is necessary, you have the option to pay for the service
- Something is not to your heart desire you have the following options at your dispositionz;
1) Return for a Refund
-You have 10 days from receiving your purchase to send back the product at your charge (We can provide you the return shipping label or you can opt for your own. We highly suggesting a trackable shipping return method). The package must be received at our distribution centre with the 10days of reception.
- Refunds will be issued once all conditions are fulfilled the shipping cost of send you you the package will be deducted from your refund.
Conditions of return;
- - The returned package must included; unworn, unaltered, non stained and non damaged (physically or with scents as perfume)
-The returned product having all it's hang tags and must be in a re-sellable condition.
- The product must have the "anti-retun fraud ribbon" attached (Non Tampered with & Uncut) * this ribbon allows clothings to be tried on but prevents them to be worn in public unless cut and therefore making the product permanently yours.
- The product was shipped to you in a promotional Garment Pouch (Clear Pink pouch) this pouch must be returned and must be non damaged. If you wish to keep the pouch or if the pouch returned is damaged a 10$ cost fee will be deducted from your refund.
2) Return for a Store Credit/ Exchange
- - This option has No Deduction of the original shipping cost administrative fee.
All bellow conditions are meet to receive a store credit via e-mail allowing for an immediate exchange or a later purchase.
-When the credit is used and it must be used in it's totality on your next purchase please note that this purchase will be a Final Sale (no Refunds or Credits or Exchanges)

3) For customers living in Quebec, Canada:
- Under this single exception we will allow refunds and exchange for clients that can physically visit our boutique located in Carrefour Laval. The product must meet all the criteria’s of a return mentioned in the Canada shipping section. Once all criteria’s are fulfilled we can allow an exchange of a product of a superior value.The in store refund or exchange must be done within 10 days of receiving the package and the exchange must be done the same day. This Refund option in store will avoid the deduction of the original shipping cost and the shipping cost of returning the order to us.
International Address (Including USA)
-Shipping and all possible Duties Tariffs must be paid by the customer's.
-Shipping methods will be provided at check out.
-All purchases are Final Sale (No Refunds, No Credits or Exchanges) for International transactions.

Blush Selection Policy
Please note that your product will have an "anti-retun fraud ribbon" attached. This ribbon allows clothings to be tried on but prevents them to be worn in public unless cut and therefore making the product permanently yours. * Tampering, cutting or in manner reattaching the ribbon once cut will result in a Final Sale (No Refunds, No Credits or Exchanges). Please keep in mind that your product will arrive folded in a garment pouch and will require to be steamed or ironed to look as perfect as on the pictures of the models.
Equally please read the care-tags before steaming, ironing or washing your product as we are not kept responsible for damages or changes occurring in your possession.
We pre inspect all products and prepare them carefully for them to arrive swiftly to your door in great condition, if your product arrives damaged you must email us with pictures and a description of the claimed damage the same day as your product arrives (the tracking number of the package will be checked for the date of reception at your residence.) we will asses the situation and circle back with a solution and a decision on the issue conveyed.
